Cork Team Meeting Reminder

I'm posting a confirmation for the meeting in Cork this Saturday the 19th June, at 2pm. After asking some locals it looks like the Bodega Bar is a good venue for us all to meet. For directions just click this google map, it's the one marked 'A'.
At the last Dublin meeting people brought spare supplies to have a bit of a swap shop going on. They said it would be a good idea if people organised them into bundles according to price. If anyone has specific requests just leave them in the comments here. I think it's a great way of both getting new supples and sorting out old things cluttering up our work spaces.
Also if people brought a few examples of their work it would be lovely to have a show and tell part of the meeting too.
Has anyone any other suggestions?

  2. Newbies are always welcome, great to put faces to the names, so come on along. And especially if you're a newbie, bring some things along for show and tell.

  4. I'm going to bring along a few pieces of work to show, and also a few bags of ribbons, jewellery findings and beads for swapping if anyone's interested in doing something similar.

  8. Such a shame on me! I was available all the time for the date, but then my partner got invited for a job interview which is scheduled on Saturday for 2 o'clock and it is in Kinsale. So I am going with him for support. I assume the earliest I may be in Cork is 5 o'clock, interviews for teachers are so long. I guess the meeting will not be as long so that I could catch the end of it?
