Greetings from the Crafty News Desk.....
Brrrrr!!!!!!! It's at times like this that I am glad I am a knitter - wearing hat, scarf, mittens, and warm wooly jumper.....
How is everyone doing this week? Cant believe it is so close to Christmas.
I hope you all got a chance to see the Storque article on 3 December - Heli from HeliDesigns was featured - read it HERE. Congratulations, well done.
No news in this week of any other markets - sure with only 18 more days to go I am sure those of you who were thinking of selling at a market would have already arranged it.
I hope to be in the Glasnevin Food and Craft Market next Saturday selling some great knitting kits, bamboo knitting needles and woolie hats. I know Alexandria from Lexrey will also be there so if you are around call by and say hello.
I am writing a review of the year for the Crafty Ireland Team and would ask you please to contact me with your highlights of 2010 and your resolutions/wishes for 2011. All of your comments will go into the Crafty News Report on the first Monday in 2011 so get your thinking caps on and get in touch.
In the meantime, here is the running list of the rest of the markets from now until Christmas.

We're especially looking forward to Carrick-on-Shannon on the 18th now as our car conked out and died (literally) on the way to Mullingar yesterday. :'(
ReplyDeleteCheers Mo. Great idea to write a review of the year.
ReplyDeleteHey Mrs. Mouse - hope all good for you in Mullingar.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the vote of confidence Anne-Marie. I will be looking for your comments and wish list.....x
Sorry Mrs. Mouse, that should have been Carrick-on-Shannon and not Mullingar. Thats what happens when you try and type and watch tv at the same time.
ReplyDeletecheers
Oh, great idea about the review, Mo! Must send something to you soon!
ReplyDeleteI'll be selling at the Souk in Belfast this Sunday. It'll be in the Waterfront Hall, so if anybody needs some lovely colourful handknits, keep an eye out for Purls!
