Eyes Open Ireland - Call for photos

Eyes Open Ireland is back! yeah!
Bridget describes this best back in her original post. We'll be continuing this great idea this year on the blog.

I'll start us off with some of my own photos, but I will be needing your help!

I took these photos, and originally wanted to go here, because I am fascinated by the process of things being made. All kinds of things. It's so interesting to watch all the little parts become one big part. I know I'm not alone here, either.
It's commonly referred to as a tourist destination, but have you been? will you go?

    I've wanted to go there for yeahs dahling, but you know how it is with us Westerners, the East is simply a different country, dahling!
    I juat ADORE the photo with the rainbow colours of weaving threads- its only am-az-ing!

    I'm so lucky as I live only a ten minute drive from Avoca. It is a wonderful place and I am so fortunate to be able to go there to buy presents or just for a coffee. Their food is absolutely wonderful too! Lovely photos!

    Oooh, this brings back memories! I was there a few years ago and absolutely loved it! I watched the weaver for ages, and got some scraps of yarn as well :)

    Beautiful place and beautiful products - I bought a bright pink bag which I love to bits!

    Didn't the weaver's studio burn down recently? Have they restored it now?

    They do have a wonderful cafe! And gosh, their wares are just gorgeous!
    I bought a beautiful scarf when I went.

    I'm not sure about the studio, Bridge.
