Next week's Crafty News will be brought to you from... Singapore!!! I'll be hoping to pick up some gorgeous fabrics in Arab Street for making lovely things like tribal belly dance costumes. I'll let you know how I get on, so watch this space next Monday!!

  1. Thanks a mill Natalie for another newsy post. Loads of things happening up and down the country.
Oooooh Singapore > lucky you. Am looking forward to seeing the wonderful fabrics you bring back.
    Enjoy the trip

  2. Oh Natalie - Singapore - will I fit in your suitcase !!!
That sounds amazing and full of ' supply gathering ' opportunities.

Don't forget Marlay Christmas Fair 25th -27th - some CraftyIreland
    stands there !!

Many thanks for all great updates.

  3. Forgot to say Marlay is 25 - 27th November !!

  4. Thanks for the positive feedback!

Mary - will you send me more details on the Marlay Christmas Fair if you have a link with contact details for stalls? Then I can include it next week. I am going to try to put all the markets on my Google calendar and put that up on this site. There's going to be a lot of markets going on in the next two months!!

Last time I went to Singapore I had to post back 15kg of fabric and trimmings as it was cheaper than checking in another bag! I'm very excited. Hopefully my sister (who I am visiting) will come shopping with me!

  5. thanks Nat. Have a fab time!!
